Pastor Jim Tillotson attended Northland Baptist Bible College where he earned a B.S. in Pastor Theology and a Master of Ministry in Biblical Studies. He met his wife, Joan, there and was married in 1990. The Tillotsons have three children. Pastor Tillotson moved to Edmonton in 1997 to become the Senior Pastor of Meadowlands Baptist Church. His passion is to preach God's Word in its entirety and to teach Christians to walk humbly with their God, to have good marriages and families, and to be real.

Pastor Kevin has been serving as an assistant pastor at Meadowlands since 2007. He received a B.A. in Bible from Bob Jones University and a Master of Divinity from Heart of America Seminary. Kevin and his wife Holly have been involved in a variety of ministries including summer camps, Christian schools, and missions work. He served for five years as a youth pastor and one year as an interim pastor in Vilnius, Lithuania. Pastor Kevin has a burden to strengthen believers in their walk with Christ and equip them for service in the local body. Kevin and Holly have three children, Hudson, Haddon, and Karissa.

Pastor Aaron Pollock joined the Meadowlands staff in July 2008. He attended Bob Jones University where he graduated in 2004 with a B.A. in Youth Ministry. While at Bob Jones, he met his wife, Sarah, and they were married in 2004. In 2008, he earned a Master of Divinity from Calvary Baptist Theological Seminary in Lansdale, Pennsylvania. Pastor Aaron works primarily with the youth department and the music ministry. His burden is to see teens grow into mature and serving members in their church.
